1. Who we are
sitelee ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Goliath Solutions, a Florida-based business operations consulting and management firm. Contact: hello@sitelee.io.
2. Information we collect
When you fill out our quote form, sign up for SMS, or contact us we collect: name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, message content, attribution / referral source, and technical metadata (timestamp, IP, user-agent). We also receive analytics signals from Vercel Analytics, including page views and basic device information.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to: (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) deliver the services you request, (c) send transactional messages (quote replies, project updates, invoices), and — if you opt in — (d) send marketing communications including newsletters, offers, product updates, and educational content over email and SMS.
4. Marketing communications and Klaviyo
If you opt in, we use Klaviyo, Inc. ("Klaviyo") as our marketing automation provider to send email and SMS campaigns. Your contact details and engagement events (opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes) are transmitted to and stored by Klaviyo on our behalf. Klaviyo processes data according to its own privacy policy: https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. You can opt out of email at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any message, and out of SMS by replying STOP to any text.
5. Lawful basis (GDPR / EU residents)
Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and growing our business, and (c) your explicit consent for marketing.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with subprocessors who help us run the business: Vercel (hosting + analytics), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (marketing email + SMS), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and Supabase (data storage) where applicable. Each is contractually bound to confidentiality.
7. Retention
We retain quote requests and client records for as long as you remain a customer plus seven years for tax and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@sitelee.io. California and EU residents have additional rights under CCPA / GDPR which we honor.
9. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for site functionality and Vercel Analytics for aggregate metrics. No third-party advertising cookies are set on this site.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
