SMS Policy + Terms

1. Program description
sitelee operates an SMS marketing program that sends transactional and promotional text messages to subscribers who have provided express written consent. Messages include but are not limited to: quote replies, project updates, launch announcements, educational tips, and special offers.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by (a) checking the SMS-marketing consent box on a sitelee form and submitting your mobile number, or (b) texting our shortcode / number with a specified keyword such as JOIN. Your opt-in is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and the page where consent was given.
3. Consent disclosure (TCPA)
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed promotional and transactional text messages from sitelee at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact hello@sitelee.io.
5. Service provider
Our SMS messages are sent through Klaviyo, Inc., our marketing automation provider. Klaviyo processes phone numbers and engagement data on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details, and Klaviyo's own privacy policy at https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice.
6. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to subscribe. Do not provide a number you do not own or have authority to opt in.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or rent SMS subscriber data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
9. Changes
We may update this SMS policy. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
